Offering longevity for growing families, Wave lets you choose from 7 configurations straight from the box. To bring baby closer, or to make room for a second
carrycot, it has a patented seat elevation system so you can place your carrycot or pushchair seat in the higher position for easy access and better

If you’re expecting twins or have older children, Wave can be used in 30 configurations from newborn to approx. 4 years old. Just add a tandem seat, second
carrycot, infant carrier or ride-on board (all sold separately) and tailor Wave to suit you.

The Wave carrycot can be used for overnight sleeping thanks to its protective thermo-moulded base and adjustable ventilation system. To ensure a good night’s sleep and help regulate baby’s temperature, the carrycot features a soft, naturally antibacterial bamboo lining. Bring baby to eye level at your bedside using the Wave carrycot stand (sold separately).
As they grow, switch them over to Wave’s multi-recline pushchair seat which can be used in both parent and forward-facing modes. Wave also includes the
magnetic Genius™ buckle which fits together in three simple clicks, and a one-motion, rucksack-style, padded harness that’s super comfortable for baby. To
encourage independent eating on the go, the new bumper bar is compatible with the Silver Cross snack tray (sold separately).

Stylish and comfortable, the Wave carrycot features Silver Cross' signature, sustainable outer fabrics with a soft, naturally antibacterial bamboo lining. For safe overnight sleeping, the carrycot features a thermo-moulded base and ventilation system.

Please contact us before returning an item (Email or call 01202 730630) so we can ensure you are sending it to the right address and that it has the relevant information with it so we can associate it to the correct order, the returns address is

30 Days No Quibble Returns
At UK Baby Centre we offer a 30 day no quibble returns period on all products, if you change your mind provided the item is still in its original packaging with all labels attached and in a saleable unused condition. If the items were specially ordered in for you from a range that we don't normally stock, then this does not apply and additional extra restocking fees may apply. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to processed.
To process a return please use the contact form and provide your full name , order number and product you would like to return or you can also email us directly sales@ukbabycentre.com or call 01202 730630.
You can either arrange the return at your own cost and risk with a courier of your choice or we can arrange collection for you at a cost of £25 per box (for furniture, up to £40 per box). Please arrange a return first and do not just send something back without notifying us first. Unfortunately, if furniture has been assembled, we are unable to accept it back for return, so please check the colour before assembly.
If you wish to return something that originally incurred a delivery charge such as a £4.95 charge for an order under £49.99, Saturday delivery charge, or non UK Mainland / Scottish Highlands address this delivery charge would not be refunded and would be reduced from the order total.
Please make sure that the package is opened and/or repacked in a reasonable condition. When returning the item, make sure there are no odours on the item, as these will be reflected in your refund.
Any order that is cancelled after it has been dispatched will still incur a delivery charge that will reflect in your refund. This included items eligible for free delivery. We can take up to 48 hours to respond to emails. If you need to cancel an order, please call us.

Any failed deliveries must be reported within 7 days of the delivery confirmation email/text.
Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery as we may not be able to leave it somewhere safe. When placing your order, please only submit your mobile number because some courier companies will send you a unique PIN to your mobile number/email that must be provided to the delivery driver in order to receive the delivery.
Items eligible for free delivery will not be sent in separate shipments. If the customer needs to split the shipment, an additional shipping charge will apply.
