Easy boarding position
CYBEX was the first company to introduce a rotation mechanism making it possible to turn infant car seats for easy boarding. The Base Z2 includes this feature, allowing the Cloud Z2 i-Size to swivel towards the car door for effortless entry and exit for your child. When taking a break in your journey the seat can also be turned inward to face a parent, making it easy to share a snack or play a game.
Comfortable sleep, wherever you go
With the Cloud series we developed an ergonomic lie-flat position. Building on this innovation the newest Cloud Z2 i-Size can also be placed in a semi reclined position while in the car. This new feature allows greater comfort for the child without compromising on safety while on the road.
Comfortable travelling
With the use of adaptors the Cloud Z2 i-Size can be attached to numerous buggies or strollers from CYBEX, gb and other select brands. This allows the infant car seat to become part of a convenient travel system beyond the car, increasing comfort and mobility.
One base – Two seats
The Base Z2 (sold separately) is the secure and flexible base unit for the CYBEX Z2 Line Modular System, which offers maximum protection and versatility. The rotation mechanism of the Base Z2 allows the car seat to be turned to the car door for easier entry and exit. The Base Z2 is a long-lasting solution, as it can also be used with a CYBEX Sirona Z2 i-Size for the next age group. Both seats can be reclined while in the car.
Side-impact protection
The Cloud Z2 i-Size features the tried and tested CYBEX Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P.) System for increased protection. The very first impact forces of an accident are reduced by the extended side protector facing the door. Together with the car seat’s flexible shell it reduces impact forces by up to 25%, channelling them away from your child.
Full sun protection
The generous sun canopy, made from UPF50+ fabric, primarily protects your child from the sun but can also act as a shield against wind, or even the hustle and bustle of the street. When not in use the canopy can easily be stowed away.
Grows with the child
The adjustable headrest offers 12 positions for a customized adjustment as your child grows. The integrated harness guide makes adjusting intuitive and quick – these safety features can be fitted to your growing child within seconds.
A good fit for the smallest of travellers
The Cloud Z2 i-Size features a removable newborn inlay, which creates a near-flat lying position for newborns. This helps to reduce the risk of the baby’s head tipping forward while asleep, which can lead to serious breathing problems. To make sure your growing infant has enough space, the newborn inlay should be removed once the child is taller than 60 cm.
Every product purchased through UK Baby Centre is covered by at least a 12 Month warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. The warranties we offer depend on each individual brand , we have exactly the same warranty you would get if you bought direct from iCandy (5 years) and Silver Cross (3 years) on wheeled goods.

Returns Procedures
Please contact us before returning an item (Email or call 01202 730630) so we can ensure you are sending it to the right address and that it has the relevant information with it so we can associate it to the correct order, the returns address is

60 Days No Quibble Returns
At UK Baby Centre we offer a 30 day no quibble returns period on all products , if you change your mind provided the item is still in its original packaging with all labels attached and in a saleable unused condition. If the items were specially ordered in for you from a range that we don't normally stock then this does not apply and additional extra restocking fees may apply. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to processed.
To process a return please use the contact form and provide your full name , order number and product you would like to return or you can also email us directly bournemouthbaby@live.co.uk or call 01202 730630.
You can either arrange the return at your own cost and risk with a courier of your choice or we can arrange collection for you at a cost of £25 per box (for furniture, up to £40 per box). Please arrange a return first and do not just send something back without notifying us first.
If you wish to return something that originally incurred a delivery charge such as a £3.95 charge for an order under £49.99 , Saturday delivery charge , or non UK Mainland / Scottish Highlands address this delivery charge would not be refunded and would be minused from the order total.
Manufacturing Faults
If you have a manufacturing fault with your item within 30 days of purchase we will refund or replace the item for you - Exclusions, terms and conditions apply.
Items that develop a faulty after 30 days of purchase will be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty and we will ensure we rectify the fault accordingly or send out replacement parts. The length of your warranty depends on the brand but everything purchased through Bournemouth Baby Centre comes with at least a 1 year guarantee , please see Warranties and/or product instruction manual.
The manufacturer’s warranty only covers against manufacturing faults and does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage and product care
- Maintenance and use other than that indicated in the user guide
- Failure to follow the instructions in the user guide
- Abuse, neglect, carelessness or accident
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Air transportation or freight damage
- Damage to tyres such as holes, punctures or tears
- Mounting or installation of third party products such as buggy boards that are not recommended by the manufacturer
Refunds
We will refund all returned ordered within 2 working days of receiving the goods back into our warehouse, refunds can take upto 14 working days to show back into your account.

Items eligible for free delivery will not be sent in separate shipments. If the customer needs to split the shipment, an additional shipping charge will apply.
Any order that is cancelled after it has been dispatched will still incur a delivery charge that will reflect in your refund. This included items eligible for free delivery. We can take up to 48 hours to respond to emails. If you need to cancel an order, please call us.
