The SnuzSurface Air crib mattress has been specifically designed for newborns and infants under 6 months. Boasting an innovative 3D breathable mesh cover with a waterproof membrane, ideal for those little night-time accidents. Providing baby with the ultimate comfort as they grow, the Air mattress features a firm supportive core as recommended by safe sleep experts.

The mattress cover is removable and machine washable at 40 ̊.

Do not wash or dry clean fillings.
Always use the mattress with the mesh side facing up.
The maximum gap between the mattress and the sides and ends of your furniture should not exceed 20mm.
Do not use the mattress if any part is broken torn or missing and use only spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
WARNING - Do not use more than one mattress in the crib.
WARNING - Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the crib.
Ensure you remove the original Chicco Next-2-Me Original / Next-2-Me Air cribs mattress from the crib and retain only the hardboard.
The hardboard from the original ChiccoNext2me mattress MUST be kept and used underneath your new Snüz mattress at all times.
If you do not have the hardboard from the original Chicco Next2me mattress DO NOT USE this Snüz mattress and contact Chicco for a replacement.
Every product purchased through UK Baby Centre is covered by at least a 6 months warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. The warranties we offer depend on each individual brand , we have exactly the same warranty you would get if you bought direct from the manufacturer.

30 Days No Quibble Returns
At UK Baby Centre we offer a 30 day no quibble returns period on all products, if you change your mind provided the item is still in its original packaging with all labels attached and in a saleable unused condition. If the items were specially ordered in for you from a range that we don't normally stock, then this does not apply and additional extra restocking fees may apply. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to processed.
To process a return please use the contact form and provide your full name , order number and product you would like to return or you can also email us directly sales@ukbabycentre.com or call 01202 730630.
You can either arrange the return at your own cost and risk with a courier of your choice or we can arrange collection for you at a cost of £25 per box (for furniture, up to £40 per box). Please arrange a return first and do not just send something back without notifying us first. Unfortunately, if furniture has been assembled, we are unable to accept it back for return, so please check the colour before assembly.
If you wish to return something that originally incurred a delivery charge such as a £4.95 charge for an order under £49.99, Saturday delivery charge, or non UK Mainland / Scottish Highlands address this delivery charge would not be refunded and would be reduced from the order total.
Please make sure that the package is opened and/or repacked in a reasonable condition. When returning the item, make sure there are no odours on the item, as these will be reflected in your refund.
Any order that is cancelled after it has been dispatched will still incur a delivery charge that will reflect in your refund. This included items eligible for free delivery. We can take up to 48 hours to respond to emails. If you need to cancel an order, please call us.

NOTE: If you order multiple items and receive a free delivery for all orders over £49.99, a return of a non-faulty item which reduces the total order value to less than £49.99 will incur a charge of £4.95 to cover the original shipping fees that will be deducted from your refund amount.

Any failed deliveries must be reported within 7 days of the delivery confirmation email/text.
Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery as we may not be able to leave it somewhere safe. When placing your order, please only submit your mobile number because some courier companies will send you a unique PIN to your mobile number/email that must be provided to the delivery driver in order to receive the delivery.
Items eligible for free delivery will not be sent in separate shipments. If the customer needs to split the shipment, an additional shipping charge will apply.
